I had a lovely stay in a Queen Room for a night. The pool temperature was perfect, making it a great spot to relax after a long day, and the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. However, I did notice some areas in need of a deep clean, such as dust accumulation in certain spots which detracted slightly from my overall experience.
